The Indian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologists (IAOMP) is the apex professional body for Oral Pathologists in India. Established in 1991 and formally registered in 1993, IAOMP has grown from a small group of visionary pioneers into a vibrant national association with over 4500 members. Through its National Conferences, PG Conventions, scientific programs, fellowships, awards, and public awareness initiatives, IAOMP has played a key role in advancing the academic, scientific, and clinical scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology in India. The association also promotes awareness on Oral diseases and Oral cancer prevention through its initiatives, while continuing to strengthen the speciality across the country.

Through its educational and scientific activities, ASOMP continues to play a key role in enhancing the specialty and fostering regional academic excellence.
