General Guidelines
Last Date for Abstract Submission is 1st October 2026.
Each registered delegate can present only a Paper or an E-Poster.
Only IAOMP / ASOMP members can present.
Conference registration is mandatory for abstract submission.
All abstract submissions are to be done online only.
The presenting author / first author must submit the abstract and will act as the main point of correspondence.
Abstracts of ASOMP registered delegates will be published in the Journal of Orofacial Sciences (JOFS).
An electronic acknowledgement will be sent automatically after submission.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours of abstract submission,
please contact the scientific team.

Instructions to Presenters
Kindly assemble at your respective halls at least 30 minutes before the session begins.
Presenters are encouraged to review their presentations in preview rooms.
Presentations on personal laptops, tabs, or USB devices are not permitted.
Presenters have to upload their presentations within 20 MB.
Only material submitted online will be allowed for presentation.
All presenters must adhere to the allotted time.
A digital reverse timer will be displayed on the stage.
Two reminder bells will indicate time completion.
Audio/video will be frozen automatically a few seconds after the allotted time.
All presenters are requested to remain in the hall till the end of the session.
Kindly contact the hall conveners for any further assistance.
Presentation & Display Rules
Presentations will be sequenced according to day, hall, session, and time.
Please check the website for your presentation schedule and session details.
All accepted posters will be displayed only in digital format.
Physical posters are not allowed.
All submissions are subject to review by the Scientific Committee of the 33rd IAOMP 2026.
E-Poster presentations must be in JPEG image format with 1280 × 720 pixels and minimum resolution of 96 pixels/inch.
Paper presentations must be submitted only in PPTX format compatible with Windows.
Mandatory Information to Include
Paper / Poster number should be displayed in the right upper corner of the slide.
Title of the paper / poster.
Affiliations of authors and co-authors.
Structured content: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion as applicable.
Declaration of conflict of interest and funding for author(s).
Content Prohibited
Do not include commercial messages.
Do not include commercial logos or registered trademarks.
Use only generic names to identify drugs, devices, products, and services.
Ensure privacy and copyright compliance in all visuals and case materials.
Format for E-Poster
Digital display monitors will be oriented in landscape style.
E-poster presenters have to prepare their poster in jpg / jpeg / pdf format only.
Maximum upload size is 10 MB.
The maximum number of slides allowed is one slide only.
The slide should be in 16:9 (wide) format.
No videos or animations are allowed.
Format for Paper Presentation
Presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX) or Keynote with 16:9 (wide) aspect ratio will be accepted.
No other formats will be entertained.
All presentations are to be made in landscape layout.
For privacy and copyright reasons, presenters are encouraged to watermark slides and conceal patient identity where required.
Carry a copy of all video files in MP4 format along with the presentation in a single folder.
